SECURITY

• Patrol parking lot and building during rehearsal

• Remain in parking lot until youth have gone home

SNACK/WEEKDAY CLEANING

• Help set up, serve, and clean up snacks during rehearsal

• Following rehearsal, empty trash throughout church building and clean and restock bathrooms

WEEKEND CLEANING

• At the end of each week of rehearsals we provide a thorough cleaning of the church building. This includes:

• Emptying trash

• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms

• Vacuuming/mopping all floors

• Wiping/dusting hard surfaces

• Cleaning windows

CHAIR SET UP

• Arrive one hour before rehearsal to set up chairs, stands and other equipment as needed

CHAIR STACKING/TRUCK LOADING

• Take down and put away chairs and equipment used for rehearsal

• Load truck with items to be taken to the Smith Center for performance

UNLOADING TRUCK AT SMITH CENTER - PRE-PERFORMANCE

• Meet at Smith Center loading dock at 8 AM on performance day to unload equipment

LOADING TRUCK - POST-PERFORMANCE

• Immediately following the final performance come backstage to load equipment on to truck

UNLOADING TRUCK AT 3400 W. CHARLESTON BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV 89102

• Meet the truck at the 3400 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 after the final ZYSC performance—approximately 9:00 PM-- to unload and store equipment

LUNCH/DINNER HELP

• Arrive at requested time before scheduled lunch or dinner to help distribute meals, restock food, and clean up afterwards

FINAL DINNER CLEAN-UP

• Arrive at 6:30 PM at the Smith Center loading dock and check in with Dave Hawkins to receive instructions for final cleanup

ASSIST CHORUS MANAGER

• Assist Chorus Manager at Welcome Fireside
